Not every tool/item has the individual package. The genuine suppliers/ manufacturers may not provide the genuine package for certain items.
There will be scratches on the tool, traces caused during production, or rust caused by storage. All of these belong to normal phenomena and do not affect their function.
Please allow 1-3cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
Regarding the color difference, due to various factors such as camera, mobile phone, computer screen, etc., resulting in different degrees of color difference. If you are unsure of the color, please confirm with the owner before purchasing, and do not accept the return request for this reason.
This product will take a bit of time to prepare, around (10-16 working days). Sometimes we will produce a little in advance. If you are in a hurry, we advise you to check with us before you place the order
All leathers are natural leather, and the growth pattern, colors and thickness are not consistent. They have different growth process and growing stage, so there will have blood vein, birth mark, scratches, holes, smooth bending but slightly fine lines after tiling, etc. These are normal phenomena. The leather is the delicate merchandise, we are not able to sell the returned product to any other consumers because it will affect their benefit. Thus, all sales final, no return or exchange. We appreciate your cooperation to deliberate above points before purchasing, please.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for the custom taxes or import taxes that may apply. The seller are not responsible for delays due to custom inspection.
We will request surcharge the extra shipping fee if the exact shipping fee exceeds the paid shipping fee.
Responsibility of Buyer:
Please keep tracking your own parcel and prepare to receiving parcel, if face on delivery problem contact to post office for help directly. (If Buyer without accept his own parcel on time and Post office return parcel to sender, Buyer need to pay all additional shipping fee created from this case.)
Returns, Resend and Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- The item we only accept to return or exchange is product quality Issues, defective or the mistake from us.
- Custom/personalized orders, Promote Sales items and downloadable software products can't be returned or exchanged.
